First things first....

 

So you know what it is you need, now what? Here’s a step by step outline of our process.

 

Step 1

Schedule your consultation and review the ways we can help you. This is generally a 30 minute consultation, where we answer any of your questions and provide guidance regarding the services we offer, if our service is right for you, our process, and our pricing.

 

Step 2

After your consultation, you will receive an email outlining the project or scope of work and a contract based on your consultation.

This contract is the legal agreement between you and SmartCookie; detailing terms, payment, confidentiality, and expectations of both parties.

 

Step 3

Meet your candidate. Once you have agreed to the terms, it’s time to meet your team. Based on your consultation, we will select the right candidate designed to support your particular needs.

 

Step 4

A start date is agreed and you're good to go. Assign a mentor to your new candidate and allocate the work to your new team member. You will find you are now more productive and less stressed.
